Facility UV Seed Program

• Reseller must register account in the Seed Program
• Account must be approved the customer qualification process prior to approval (minimum of 100 beds in facility)
• Meeting (face to face or WebEx) must be set up within 30 days of registration
• Meeting (face to face or WebEx) must be conducted with a Proximity in attendance within 60 days of registration
• Once meeting is conducted the facility will be sent an evaluation unit to test in their facility

 

Note: Reseller will be sent a demo unit for their use in the field once the first customer meeting is conducted
